送貨及派遞事宜
當收到閣下訂購單, 並確認有庫存的情況下, 全數貨款收到後約3個工作天內送出貨物. 敬請留意送出貨物前的確認電郵. 如沒有庫存的情況下, 將會電郵確認預計交貨時間. (請保留及電郵入數收據作憑據)
天災,天氣情況,突發意外,等等情況發生可能影響送貸時間, 敬希了解包涵.
(星期六,日及公眾假期是不處理送貨業務)
凡購物滿HK$5,000.-或以上, 括免運費. ( 海外, 離島, 交通工具未能到達之地區及海運倉庫及空運倉庫除外)
敝司視乎貨物之大小,體積,重量及性質而安排價格合適的運輸機構

DELIVERY
Upon order received,our staff will inform you the estimate delivery date according as stock availability by email. Orders will be processed and delivered around three working days after full payment isreceived by us.( Please keep and send the payment bank receipt for evidence. )
Delivery arrangement is only carried from Monday to Friday. ( Please note that there may be delivery delay due to natural disasters, critical weathers, unpredictable accidents, etc., )
Shipping chargewill be waived for delivery within Hong Kong on any purchase amount over HK$5000, except outlying island, air and sea freight warehouse, any locations which cannot be reached by public transportations.
We will base on the nature, size, volume and weight of the goods to arrange a most suitable delivery service company.

退貨事宜
如收貨後發現貨物有損壞,不良及型號錯誤, 請盡快電郵或來電通知本公司安排更換.

Any faulty or damaged found after delivery, please immediate contact us by email or phone to proceed exchange arrangement.
